Orlando Waugh

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Striking

Orlando has devoted over 36 years of his life to martial arts, not so he could beat people up, but so he could build people up. He loves teaching and watching students achieve new levels of confidence and competence on the mat and believes martial arts can be challenging and fun. He enjoys bringing comedy and laughter to his classes.

Cierra Jackson

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Freestyle Karate

Martial arts have been a part of Cierra’s life. She started practicing when she was nine years old. Now, she loves teaching and sharing her passion. She enjoys seeing students’ eyes light up when they finally understand the technique after a bit of a struggle. She believes it helps students understand that when they push past some restriction, they can eventually overcome the challenge.

 

Nabil Ahangarzadeh

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Striking

One of Nabil’s favorite things about mixed martial arts is the thrill of the physical intensity. He knows martial arts can be intimidating but encourages everyone to try it. Nabil believes the challenges involved in martial arts can reveal to us who we are at our core, including the areas in our lives we could stand to improve.
